Terms of Service

These terms apply to passes and services bought from Open Vidin Coworking ("we", "us") through this website or in person.

Passes

• A pass gives one person access to the shared coworking space for the period or number of visits it covers.
• Passes are personal and may not be shared or resold.
• Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. A pass is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Cancellations and refunds

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, provided the pass has not yet been used. Once you have started using a pass, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. To request a refund, contact us.

House rules

• Respect other members: keep calls in designated areas and noise to a minimum.
• Leave shared spaces, including the kitchen, as you found them.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings. Lockers are provided with Weekly, Monthly and Yearly passes.
• We may refuse or end access for anyone who breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Liability

We do our best to keep the internet, facilities and space available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here applies to purchases made after the date above.
