Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Open Vidin Coworking ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Form submissions — when you send an inquiry, contact message, event registration, free day request or newsletter sign-up, we store the details you enter (such as name, email, phone and message).
- Payments — when you buy a pass, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your email, but never your full card details.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and provide the pass, event seat or service you asked for (performance of a contract or steps before one).
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep accounting records as required by Bulgarian law (legal obligation).
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in the EU (Belgium and the Netherlands). Payments are processed by Stripe. Both act as our data processors under data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and messages for up to 24 months after our last contact, newsletter sign-ups until you unsubscribe, and purchase records for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
